Your Host

Lisa Alexander M.S. is the founder and executive director of Stand Up Survivor Inc.  She is a survivor and two time author, advocate, speaker and trainer.  Lisa travels throughout the US and abroad speaking and hosting workshops sharing her empowerment-based philosophy – from survivor to thriver. With a masters in counseling psychology she is passionate about helping women find healing.

As a survivor, Lisa chooses to Stand Up and use her voice to help as many women as possible find theirs.
