Sonya Peterkin is a Florida-licensed attorney providing representation in the areas of Immigration and Family law.

During law school, Sonya worked as a legal intern at Harbor House of Central Florida where she helped abused women, men, and children, obtain protective injunctions against their abusers. She became a Certified Domestic Violence Advocate during law school.

As an immigration attorney, she is passionate about helping immigrant survivors of domestic violence navigate immigration options that can help them independently obtain legal immigration status and take control of their lives.
She is a member of the Florida Bar, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Middle District of Florida, Southern District of Florida, and the South Lake Chambers of Commerce
