What services do you all provide?

We provide safety planning, lethality assessments, emotional support, referrals for services, therapy groups, hygiene kits, immediate supplies, and more.

Do you have a hotline?

Tell me more about the retreats and the application process.

We are currently preparing for our Salt Lake City,UT retreat July 23-25 2021 and Nashville, TN in September 2021; we're also in the process of finalizing locations for our 2022 retreats.  All potential participants need to fill out an application here.  Once submitting it, you should see a message saying that your application has been received.  A few months before the retreat, one of our staff members will email potential participants to schedule a 20 minute interview with our retreat leader; we want to make sure the retreat is a good fit for each participant.  If invited to attend, you'll receive a welcome letter with all the pertinent information!

Each of our retreats have unique elements, as we tailor them to the location.  However, all retreats include an optional physical activity, guest speakers, a focus on self-confidence/loving yourself, and tools and strategies to aid in healing.

I'd like to share my story.  How do I do that?
